TATELY N.V. and ZARATEX N.V. are part of a growing international oil & gas company.  Together with our associated companies, we are operators of the Palmerah and Lhokseumawe Production Sharing Contracts.

To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for immediate employment for the position of
of

‘RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT’  (Code: RCP)

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle all office reception/front office functions

·         Assist with office management support

·         Provide inter-departmental support on administrative and services functions

Requirements:                                                              

·         Female, age 20 – 35

·         D3 or S1 graduate from Secretarial Academy, Business Administration or other relevant discipline

·         Min. 1 year of  relevant working experience

·         Well-versed in telephone etiquette

·         Familiar with MS Windows

·         Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Professional, pleasant personality and presentable

·         Resourceful and helpful, with excellent communication skills

·         Able to work well with other people in a multi-discipline environment

·         Immediate availability

 

Candidate must be willing to be hired on a one-year contract basis under a third-party contractor
